My guess is that you wont!!! My cats will play with running water and they will "fish" in bowls of water or the kitchen sink but as for actually getting their coat wet.....forget it. Cats are not like dogs in this sense. My dog showers with me. It saves me trying to bath her.
You can get your kitten use to you bathing it, but even then it might tolerate it but not enjoy it. Cats do a pretty good job of cleaning themself. You really dont need to shower your kitten.
If you must insist in bathing your kitten do it now whilst it is young, make it as positive and fun for the kitten as possible by rewarding it with something it loves like a particular treat or toy.
I doubt your kitten will ever have a shower and enjoy it. Dont stress out the kitten or yourself by forcing the issue.

The great thing about cats is the fact that they keep themselves clean. They love to groom themselves with their brush-like tongues,.

I would reccomend that you introduce bathing at a very young age. Cappy is a massive cat and his only one. There is not a single scratch when i bath him in the vanity.

Good luck with bathing your cat. Even though cats clean themselves, sometimes they do get smelly and I would reccomend bathing them.
