We have a beautiful tortoise shell girl Celeste and she has the trait of the touri of biting.....
She will bite when she is overly content (not too hard, but more of an affectionate bite) then when she is playful and we play toys with her, this is when she hurts and wont let go...and other times when you least expect it (like when you go to grab something and she jumps on your hand and bites). Just wondering if any one has ideas for this as we have enough scratches on our hands and legs to see us through for some time and it can be embarrassing when visitors come and want a pat or cuddle and she is in the biting mood. Thank You! Heather X

spray gun and tapping on the nose are good deterrants providing you are consistent. I haven't tried the "reward" system but that's another option for when she stops.
